By accessing or using WorkBase21 ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Our Service

WorkBase21 aggregates and displays job, internship, learnership, and bursary listings for informational purposes. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or funding body for the opportunities listed, and we are not a party to any employment, internship, or funding relationship that may result from a listing.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legitimacy of any listing. Where possible we verify listings before publishing, but opportunities can change or be removed by the issuing organisation without notice. Always exercise your own judgement, and refer to our guide on verifying opportunities before sharing personal or financial information with any employer.

3. Applications

Clicking "Apply Now" or similar links directs you to an external application process managed by the employer or issuing organisation. WorkBase21 is not responsible for that process, its outcome, or any communication you have with the employer.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish listings or content in bulk without our permission.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact forms.

5. Advertising

The Site displays advertisements served by third-party providers, including Google AdSense. We do not control the content of these advertisements and are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made by advertisers. Interactions with advertisements are between you and the advertiser.

All WorkBase21 branding, design, and original written content (including articles in our Blog section) are the property of WorkBase21 and may not be copied, republished, or reused without our prior written permission. Employer names, logos, and job descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
