Programme Overview

The MAZIV Group is inviting applications from unemployed South African youth residing in Gauteng for its 12-Month Learnership Programme.

As a leading force in South Africa’s telecommunications and broadband infrastructure sector—encompassing industry giants like Vumatel and Dark Fibre Africa (DFA)—MAZIV is committed to driving digital transformation and youth skills development.

This structured learnership combines formal theoretical learning with hands-on workplace experience. Selected candidates will gain exposure to the fast-growing telecommunications and digital infrastructure industry, backed by professional mentorship, structured coaching, and career guidance over a 12-month period.

Minimum Qualification & Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for consideration, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric) with a valid certificate.

• Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed and not participating in any other learnership, internship, or employment scheme.

• Age Limit: Must be between 18 and 35 years old at the start of the programme.

• Citizenship & Residency: Must be a South African citizen and currently reside within the Gauteng province.

• Academic Status: Must not be enrolled in any full-time or part-time studies for the duration of the programme.

• Commitment: Must be available full-time for the full 12-month period.

• Prior Learnerships: Must not have previously completed or currently be enrolled in another registered learnership programme.
