1. People Intern

Qualification: N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management

Skills

• Computer literacy; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail; written and verbal communication
• Time management; data interpretation and presentation
• Understanding of socioeconomic / public policy issues (advantageous)

You will

• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, reports and compliance documents
• Give first-line support on leave, payslips, policies and benefits
• Support recruitment and onboarding (candidate admin and new-starter packs)
• Help run engagement, wellness and recognition activities
• Coordinate training schedules, attendance and records
• Assist with ad-hoc HR admin and projects

2. Marketplace Sales Intern

Qualification: N6 / NCV in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field

Skills

• Computer literacy; MS Office
• Attention to detail; communication and time management
• Data interpretation and presentation
• Basic e-commerce / marketplace knowledge (advantageous)
• Google Sheets and Looker or similar BI tools (advantageous)

You will

• Support BDAs with admin, seller correspondence and account work
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations on sales and seller metrics
• Collect and interpret marketplace data
• Maintain seller records, onboarding docs and SOPs
• Track seller KPIs and flag improvement actions
• Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Catalogue and CX
• Help with promotions, deal submissions, catalogue updates and listing quality

3. Health and Safety Intern

Qualification: N6 / NCV in Health and Safety

Skills

• Computer literacy; MS Office
• Attention to detail; communication and time management
• Data interpretation and presentation

You will

• Collect, analyse and present operational / safety data
• Support planning and delivery of operational and engineering projects
• Prepare reports, dashboards and stakeholder presentations
• Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities and H&S
• Help maintain SOPs and process documentation
• Monitor KPIs and support root-cause problem solving
