Programme Overview & Objectives

The Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme is aimed at South African graduates and final-year students. It provides hands-on experience, technical and professional skill development, and mentorship within Microsoft’s sales and customer engagement ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

• Learn about client priorities, business challenges, and technology strategies.

• Assist in developing account plans, customer-facing presentations, and engagement strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Technology Strategists, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners).

• Support customer meetings, business reviews, and account monitoring activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.

• Education:

  • Currently in the final year of study (with no more than 6 months remaining), OR

  • Graduated within the last 6 months with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

• Language: Fluent in English.

• Key Skills: Problem-solving, analytical thinking, strong verbal and written communication, and a passion for technology and sales/customer management.
