Role Overview & Primary Responsibilities

As a Graduate Analyst or Developer within the Innovation & Digital business unit, you will work alongside senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams to create, test, and deploy cutting-edge technical tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Digital Solution Development: Designing and deploying scalable software platforms and digital tools that can be implemented across multiple client ecosystems.

• Data & Analytics Delivery: Transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence using analytics, automation, and modern artificial intelligence frameworks.

• Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in traditional business models and implementing automated solutions to increase speed, precision, and cost-effectiveness.

Minimum Entry Requirements

To be considered for the 2027 intake, applicants must meet the following academic criteria:

• Educational Background: A completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree in one of the following disciplines:

  • Mathematics

  • Statistics (or an equivalent quantitative field)

• Academic Performance: A minimum overall academic average of 65% and above across your tertiary studies.
