The Northern Cape Office of the Premier is hiring a Web Support Assistant in Government Information Technology Services, based in Kimberley.

Minimum requirements

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development or Digital Technologies
  • Website administration, ICT support or web content management experience is an advantage

  • Help update and maintain departmental websites, intranets and web portals

  • Provide basic technical support on websites, web services and online systems
  • Help users navigate systems and features
  • Respond to user queries and support requests
  • Keep records of support requests, actions and resolutions
