Minimum requirements

• ABET Level 2
• Basic literacy and numeracy
• No experience required
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment
• Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety
• Cleaning skills
• Basic verbal and written communication

Key responsibilities

• Clean office buildings
• Provide kitchen services
• Clean restrooms
• Store and maintain cleaning materials and equipment

Use the new Z83 form (effective 1 January 2021), fully completed, signed and initialled. Attach a comprehensive CV. The form is available from any Public Service department or www.dpsa.gov.za. Only shortlisted candidates must bring certified qualifications and supporting documents on or before the interview date. Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by SAQA.
