Clover is offering unemployed youth a 12-month YES (Youth Employment Service) placement in its Secondary Distribution department at Atlas branches. The aim is practical workplace experience in route monitoring and distribution support, in partnership with the national YES programme.

What you will do

• Monitor drivers’ adherence to planned routes using Daily Route Management (DRM)
• Escalate issues such as unauthorised stops, speeding, excessive idling, no-go zones and harsh braking to the relevant managers
• Monitor stop turnaround times (TATs), report delivery delays and escalate them
• Track planned vs actual kilometres, hours, driving time and standing time
• Check route sequence compliance (planned vs actual)
• Monitor vehicle-to-route assignment
• Handle route allocation handover and hand over open calls/queries to the next shift
• Check DRM reports for driver debriefing
• Escalate incorrect geo-fencing
• Monitor inactive routes and acknowledge non-reporting units
• Extract daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Project Manager
