Based in Hatfield, Pretoria, this structured workplace initiative is tailored for individuals interested in pursuing a career within sales, customer administration, human capital, and insurance financial services.
Selected participants will complete a formal Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification while acquiring hands-on, practical workplace experience. Working alongside seasoned financial experts, learners will develop foundational knowledge in client service, operational administration, and retail insurance solutions.
Academic & Practical Training: Complete all theoretical modules, workplace assignments, and practical assessments required for the Wealth Management NQF 4 qualification within specified timelines.
Client Service & Query Resolution: Attend to internal and external customer queries professionally, ensuring high standards of service delivery aligned with brand service level agreements (SLAs).
Document Management & Administration: Collate, compile, verify, and distribute business documentation, reports, and administrative records accurately.
Stakeholder Routing: Screen incoming inquiries, route complex issues to relevant department specialists, and track resolutions to maintain smooth operational workflows.
Office Administration: Maintain accurate record-keeping systems and adhere to corporate office standards and administrative controls.
Applicants must satisfy all of the following criteria to be considered for screening:
Educational Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Age Limit: Must be between 18 and 34 years old at the start of the programme.
Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen by birth.
Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed and not participating in another formal learnership or full-time study scheme.
Employment Equity: Open to South Africans from designated previously disadvantaged groups. Applications from persons living with disabilities are strongly encouraged.
Time Management & Planning: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and an ability to prioritize administrative tasks.
Numerical & Analytical Aptitude: Basic numerical reasoning capabilities necessary for processing insurance documentation and financial concepts.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Computer Literacy: Practical proficiency in standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
